$9 flat fee standard shipping refers to Australia Post Parcel Post service.

$15 flat fee express shipping refers to Australia Post Express Post service. 

Both the $9 flat fee standard shipping and $15 flat fee express is only applicable to product purchases less than 3kg in total combined weight. Additional shipping fees will apply for product purchases with a total combined weight in excess of 3kg.
